Indulge in the decadent flavors of a classic turtle tart with gooey caramel sauce, rich chocolate, and crunchy pecans, all nestled in a buttery tart shell.
Ingredients: 1 9-inch pre-made tart shell. 1 cup caramel sauce. 1 cup chopped pecans. 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 3 eggs. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/2 cup corn syrup. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Cover the bottom of the tart shell with the caramel sauce. Put chocolate chips and chopped pecans on top of the caramel cake. Add the eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to a different bowl. Use a whisk to mix the ingredients well. The egg mix should be poured over the chocolate chips and pecans in the tart shell. It should be baked for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set. Let the tart cool all the way down before cutting it into pieces and serving it. If you want, you can drizzle more caramel sauce over the slices before serving.
