Friday Night Blues
Prior to my workout session (an hour ago) I was going to write a rather miserable entry about being super depressed that I am spending my friday night A. at the gym B. at home C. not going out getting trashed. However, I'm still so high off endorphins from Barrys Bootcamp that relaxing in front of the Sopranos all night doesn't seem like such a bad start to the weekend. Also I'm feeling way less guilty about eating a huge shawarma wrap (a glorified kebab) for lunch now I've done some excercise. So thanks Barry for temporarily alleviating the pain of my boring shitty life. N. (major overstatement with the shitty).
