yes, this exactly ! someone else’s inside thoughts cannot hurt you. sometimes people have intrusive thoughts, but that doesn’t mean they are bad people or are going to act on those thoughts. i see it the same way: a thought is just a thought until it becomes an action. judge people on actions, not thoughts they can’t control.
