Tanjiro Kamado

In the midst of the destruction you're in, you're somehow alive. Your comrades are nowhere in sight, and you feel warm blood pooling around you

Something in you feels like it's burning, and you manage claw out of the rubble, your sword being used as support to stand up

You see the upper moon advancing towards a kneeling Tanjiro, and you freeze. You can only watch as Tanjiro hits the upper moon with a kunai and pins him down with his sword.

The burning in your lungs, spreading to your limbs, spurring on your hands to tighten around your sword snaps you out of your trance and you move without thinking

Tanjiro sees you rush forward, your hoarse voice calling out "Flame Breathing, First Form: Unknowing Fire" Your sword hits Tanjiro's and he sees a spark of red before his sword digs even deeper into the upper moon's neck

That is, before the demon's blood art pushes the both of you back, and you two have to deflect the blood blades that are increasing in attack speed.

Kyojuro Rengoku

The mugen train was much more precarious than expected, you slept while one of the train demon's minions entered your subconscious, attempting to shatter your spiritual core

As a hashira your self preservation instinct was strong, leaving your body to trap the minion within a headlock, squeezing down to block airflow

You finally woke up in the chaos of the transformed train, watching as flesh tentacles inched towards innocent passengers. In an instant you went to work

Your sword cleaved through flesh as you met up in the middle of the train with Rengoku and your junior, Tanjiro.

Both you and Rengoku agreed on you defending the front four cars with him guarding the back 4, and as soon as he said that he went back in a flurry of flames

Both you and Tanjiro made it to the train's engine room, you stayed behind to keep the passengers safe, and when you heard the demon screech when it was decapitated you knew he succeeded

And now you had to make sure the passengers were safe from the oncoming derailment of the train

Tengen Uzui

You were the only one of Tengen's spouses to actually be a demon slayer, a high ranked one at that

When the time came to infiltrate the Red Light district you, Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru volunteered

You hadn't run into trouble yet, your reports to your husband finding their way to him. You've haven't heard from one of his wives and that's what worried you

You've heard rumors of a certain house, with a certain Oiran, before you could do anything though, your torso was wrapped with a pink obi and you were tangled in it, forced into a temporary slumber.

You wake up to see a boar headed boy attacking the wiggling obi, Suma and Makio are awake too. The muscle mice bring out your blade and you start tearing at the web of that pink obi, careful to not cut any of the women still trapped inside

You hear a large boom coming from above the cavern and you smile, your husband's here.

not so much sy related and also it may be a spoiler for those who haven’t read ‘love, always’: was satoru’s dissociative amnesia the same love,always!yn had too??? i mean ig hers was not the same one as his because she recovered them fully but we know what happened at the end rip and he (satoru) may/may not recover them just as quickly as previously stated by the dr… i hope this makes sense haha, i was just curious because i remembered the similarities in that

love always!yn has retrograde and it’s purely bc of her brain injuries. she has aneurysm (?) from what i remember, and it’s kinda what led her to die in her sleep.

sn!gojo’s amnesia stems from partly the injury, but mostly emotional trauma so it’s easier to retrieve those memories if his mental health continues to improve. based from all the research data i’ve gathered, you have more chances of fully retrieving ur memories if u have dissociative amnesia than with retrograde. but since satoru has both, it’s complicated.

Tanjiro Kamado

Night fell upon the wisteria house you two were residing in, the sunset marked a time where everything slowed down.

You could tell Tanjiro was bored, sitting up in his futon and staring at the wall. Nezuko was surprisingly asleep, her energy sapped from a fight.

"Hey, Tanjiro" You had taken out a deck of cards in your haori folded at the end of your futon. Shuffling them with a precision Tanjiro had never seen before. "Wanna play something?"

Before he knew it Tanjiro was playing a game with you, blankets offset from the futon, you laughing when you absolutely swindled him at a pretend-gambling game. He was extremely proud of himself when he beat you (even though you went easy on him)

A playful shine in his eyes and a sly smile when you two settled down. It was during the nth round of go fish when he yawned

As he passed the cards back and went to sleep Tanjiro felt grateful that you had invited him to play. Falling asleep with the same feeling of playful camaraderie he once felt long ago.

Zenitsu Agatsuma

He landed himself in the butterfly mansion again, he'd always manage to get injured during missions.

As he was stuck inside the medical ward you went to pick a multitude of flowers; red, yellow, pink, orange, purple and many more. Unknown to Zenitsu.

To his surprise you returned to him with an armful of flowers, ready to twist them into little rings and crowns. As you finished one up he had asked you to teach him to make one, Of course you obliged.

His first flower crown was kinda wonky, but you wore it with pride, bending down so he could place it on your head. You had placed a few on his head too, making it look more like a wreath of colorful flowers rather than a singular link.

Most of the flowers were gone by the time you two finished up, only stray leaves and pollen on the sterile blanket Zenitsu was under.

You reached for his hand and dragged him out the bed, you two were passing around flower crowns to the other people in the butterfly mansion with giggles and giddy expressions.

Inosuke Hashibira

This time you had to spend time recovering from an injury, turns out landing wrong on one foot can do a lot of damage.

Inosuke waited impatiently, dropping by between his solo missions and pushing you to get better.

Aoi had filled your request for some colored thread, and while on bed rest you made a pair of friendship bracelets, hoping to give one to Inosuke the next time he visited.

"I can't wait to beat you into the dirt (Y/n)!" Inosuke looked excited to see you almost recovered. As he shook his fists you had told him to keep one out, and he did.

He looked at you curiously when you tied the bracelet around his wrist, the ends bobbing up and down with his slight movements. "I made you something, 'nosuke" You had hoped he liked it, because he was oddly quiet

"It makes my wrist feel weird." You could almost see his confused expression under the boar mask. He kept shaking his fist and seeing the threaded bracelet move around "Do you not like it? I can take it off you if you want."

"Hell no! I'm keeping this on forever!" He pumped his fist in the air, and you giggled. Even though it hurt you raised a sore arm up to match him. Inosuke snorted before running off, probably to brag about the bracelet.

momjo has possession of them bc the nurses gave it to her. gojo reached for it with his broken arm before he blacked out, so they took it when he was brought to the hospital.

Scarred and Delicate || Izuku Midoriya x GN!Reader Drabble

"Midoriya shows up, along with some other classmates, but he stays the longest."

When you two first meet, there aren't any scars on his smooth skin, and his hands look soft even though he's told you in passing about the months of training he's endured. You keep sneaking glimpses at his hands, wondering if they would fit perfectly within your own.

After his fight with Todoroki during the sports festival, you along with his friends come to check on him. He seems alright, although the fresh scar running across his hand worries you. He says it's alright. But you can't help to worry, you're his friend after all. Just his friend.

When you first gain a scar yourself. He worries about the same amount you would, maybe even more. He sits next to you and there are tears pricking at his eyes as he promises to be a better hero, for you. Your own scar is in his mind more than his own, and he wants to feel the scar himself. He wants to reach out and touch you like you were a precious piece of art or a fine porcelain doll. The hustle and bustle of heroes in training really doesn't let time for developing regular teenage relationships, Izuku thinks.

After the summer camp, and after gaining the nasty scar covering his upper arm from the battle with muscular. He doesn't acknowledge it, He doesn't pay attention to it until you see it for the first time without bandages. You gasp and put a tentative hand on the tender flesh, Your thumb brushing against the textured skin softly, raising goosebumps on the parts of his arm that have goosebumps. He can feel your caution over his healing nerves, and simultaneously electric shocks are shooting into his limbs while the butterflies in his stomach are crawling up his throat. He chokes out a nervous laugh when you ask if he's alright. The close contact makes him nervous, maybe in a good way.

The second time you gain a scar, it's large, and you're in a hospital bed hooked to machines and looking at the weather forecasts on an old television. Midoriya shows up, along with some other classmates, but he stays the longest. When everyone else is gone he clutches on to you, and lets out a heart wrenching sob. It's enough to make you sit up and console him, even though you're the injured one. He blubbers on about being responsible for the large scar adorning your body. You laugh, and you bring him up, intertwining your hands and saying you're "big scar buddies" You finally know the answer to your previous thoughts, his hand really does fit in yours well, and you think you see the remnants of a blush on his freckled cheeks.

Midoriya's quirk is well under control now, no more scars have appeared on his toned arms or strong hands. Your relationship with him is different than Iida's or Uraraka's, it feels so strange admitting your feeling towards him, another guy, to yourself. Although when you think about that day when you held his hand the doubts disappear, and you're back to acting all blushy and flustered with him. Izuku looks at you often and thinks the same thing, He grows fond of your scars.

The day he confesses to you, is the day after you two get yet another scar, they're almost symmetrical. A slash on your left cheekbone, and one on his right. In the dorms after Iida's nightly patrol you two go down to the kitchen for a shared snack, and in the moonlight he suddenly cups your face and brings a thumb over the fresh scar. You flush, and your breath shakes as he stumbles through a confession. He's blushing a bright red and shaking like a leaf in a storm. You push his hand away to capture him in an embrace and his eyes water when his feelings are returned.

He cries out of relief and happiness, and it's his own scarred hand that wipes away his tears and brings your face down to his own.
