India and China Cases (The Science Times): Mullaperiyar dam is a 53.6 meter-high aging dam in the Western Ghats, adjacent to the Periyar wildlife sanctuary in Kerala. This 126-year-old dam has dangerously outlived the 50 years life that the British engineers intended it for.

Nigerians win UK court OK to sue Shell over oil spills (FEB 14 2021)
African News (Sowetan Live): The UK Supreme Court on Friday allowed a group of 42,500 Nigerian farmers and fishermen to sue Royal Dutch Shell (RDS) in English courts after years of oil spills in the Niger Delta contaminated land and groundwater.
