I was doing like sosososo fine recently and then I fucking flopped hard on an exam friday and i’ve been spiraling ever since….. I got a 65 which is the lowest grade i’ve ever gotten on a test (in college) and it’s just fucking broke open the dam of everything. like I thought I was coping well??? it’s been….. maybe a month since my grandpa passed and i’ve been so stressed and there is literally so much pressure on me and I thought I was handling it but I think maybe I just haven’t acknowledged it the way I should? I don’t know, I just know this whole weekend I’ve been feeling so weird and off and out of it, I cancelled all my plans just to stay home and play games… i’ve been hanging out in calls with my friends so it’s not like i’m isolated? but i’ve just been stuck in the house since he passed and I just can’t muster up the energy to really leave… my room is absolutely disgusting and I just haven’t cleaned it, I keep telling myself that it’s because I don’t have time or energy but then I finish my homework for the day and just go play games.

my friend was going through the youtube video he made out of clips of me playing games and the entire time I was just wishing I could die or disappear and hating myself so hard that it hurt

i’ve always tried so hard to be nice to people and be a good person and no matter what I do I just spend the majority of my time agonizing over how i’m such a bother and a nuisance and how i’m actually a bad person and i’m just mean but pretending to be nice??
