I mean I’ll just start off with the fact that its been since january since i had contact with them and i still get triggered and paranoid and terrified of them, so like. hh. thats why we’re making this post. theres no actual like.

List of grievances:

Is an adult, both body wise and alter, went after a minor.

Abused hawks so bad that he went from an adult to a permanent sys little

Threatened suicide constantly, constant overdoses and would enter treatment and then leave against medical advice, using us as a sole support

Shou abused Bishop so bad he developed a subsytem

like really, imagine going after a headmate because he kinned dabi, then getting violent with him for also “kinning” kouten - we found out later that dabi, bishop, kouten and bakugo are all alters bishop holds

it got so bad that bishop also split off his twin, rook. shou was also violent towards rook, for not being bishop, and hawks, for fronting at all

“Crazy exes” who all tried to express genuine concern for my well being and safety

Bakugo cheated on our Izuku, gaslit him so intensely he started losing it. Izuku was our main caretaker, he’s still so fucked up from it that he either doesnt front, is in a full triggered ptsd episode, or is a prosecutor

Just straight up got tired of our hawks (because dabi kept literally attempting suicide or nearly dying, and he didnt handle it well) and so he went out and replaced hawks with another one.

Manipulated our hawks into being “okay” with him dating other people (with communication) and then decided to fuck around with another hawks without saying anything and then telling our hawks a bunch of awful things

deleted the server that contained most of our dms to remove accountability

the things deku did to baku are sever enough that i think it should uhhhhh be under a read more

actually i think im too triggered to continue so yeah but ill come back later for this

After all that we've got a horrible headache and seem to be randomly switching who's fronting. Still worth it to finally be able to tell someone.

A call for info and accounts!

We're in a Child Development course this semester that has a panel style final presentation on a topic of our choice. The professor knows about our system and encouraged our suggestion to have our topic be coping with dissociative disorders, specifically in late teens to emerging adulthood (roughly 15-25). We want to spread accurate info about living with these, but our own story isn't enough. If you are willing to share please message us here. Anons are also welcome if you don't feel comfortable, but rest assured that we WILL NOT be sharing ANY personal information unless SPECIFICALLY told to include it. Please help us inform a future generation of therapists (we have over 60 psych majors in this class, and most of them want to be clinical) about what we all go through. -Einulf
