Page 21: The sheer absurdity of it all. The whole reason he had been thrown into this mess was simply because of what he was. It was a foreign concept to him, totally alien; the idea that Pokemon were hunting Salamence for their scales just to put themselves into some kind of rage-focused stupor was crazy. He had never heard of such a thing!! Was it even true?! What definitely was true was that this water was icy cold, and he was in no mood for a bath... or to question his actions as a predator.

Page 20: Mika was breathing many sighs of relief as she shoved the conversation away from her bizarre powers and onto anything else... but looking up to Alander’s face she felt a few pangs of regret. He wasn't expecting that. Any mystery around the cat (that the charming Samurott had nodded to) was forgotten in favor for wondering why anyone would attempt to capture him for his scales... The woman didn't really seem like she was lying about this-- and he had nothing else to go on. Weird... just weird.

Page 18: The fire was immediately no longer his problem. If the forest burned down it wouldn't be his problem either. Water Pokemon existed for a reason- they would sort it out... eventually, with hopefully, zero loss of life. There were bigger problems at hand here-- LIKE THE FACT THE KITTEN IN HIS MOUTH WAS PSYCHICALLY LEVITATING A WHOLE DAMN SAMUROTT-- THAT WANTED TO KILL THEM-- WITH A LOT OF EASE TO THE CAVE. His original plan was just to let her burn to death, which would be a fitting punishment for a so called serial killer. But no. He had made the cat feel bad and now she was going to play the peace keeper. God damn it. He probably should have quiet... damn morals. Children.

Page 16: The sky was no longer blue but grey with the smoke that was wheeling up into it. The fires were spreading, and as he slowly regained consciousness (thankfully a thick skull came in handy sometimes) and lifted his head... the fires weren't the only thing that were troublesome. Not only was the Collector on the ground, glowing brightly, but she was covered in blood. That wasn’t inflicted by the dragon, that was for sure. Above her there were jagged rocks also glowing  the same eerie colour pointed down towards her unmoving body, and the source of it all... seemed to be the cat?! What had he missed while he had been out?!

Page 14: That blade of hers could cut through scales... and every time the dragon went to bite down she’d swing her head around so he’d catch her armor-- it was a stale-mate. Breathing fire hadn't helped the situation, as the dry grass around them was starting to burn wildly out of control around them... still, Lucia just stared at him as if it wasn't there. Nothing was fazing her. She didn't even flinch at the gash he had torn in her throat. He barely noticed his own wounds in return, far too occupied in figuring out how he could catch her off guard... while Mika cried out from the side. Fire was scary. Fire killed. This fight wasn't worth burning an entire forest down in her eyes... even if the Samurott saw otherwise.

Page 12: It was a Pokemon he had seen before... but it was different. He almost could laugh-- how did he not see someone of that size...? Her appearance wasn't intimidating for him; she had battlescars but didn’t most. Beside him, Mika was frozen solid, almost not-breathing in terror. Was this really the Collector...? This... this wasn't what he was expecting, from what he had heard.

Page 10: Scaling a mountain and running had taken a lot out of Mika, and it had taken her quite some time to even get to the foot of the rock-face the cave was situated at. By the time she was at the bottom, she was so tired running had become hard. Even worse, Alander was swooping around above, and she knew she would be seen soon. Coming to a grassy patch at the edge of the trees however, she had to stop... suddenly it felt hard to breathe. The feeling was familiar, to say the least. To bring the dragon to her would (in her eyes) result in her getting hurt at the most-- but staying here alone... could mean certain death.

Page 9: On one hand, kudos to her. The shivering little baby he had dragged INTO the cave had fled with bravery. Without a single sound, too. It was a little bit rude considering he had apparently ‘saved her’ life but... he had to admit, this made life a little more active. Since his involvement he had been thinking about things that weren't killing for sport or sleeping. It wouldn't be hard to find her, right? She was bright pink... in a very green area. Right? He could fly. She could not. Thoughts of the killer coming for them were shoved to the side-- it was time for hide and seek.
