A Unesco World Heritage Site, Catania's central piazza is a set piece of contrasting lava and limestone, surrounded by buildings in the unique local baroque style and crowned by the grand Cattedrale di Sant'Agata. My soup loving family gravitated to XiaoBinLou after seeing their display of hotpot soup. A must try is their signature chicken soup with organic chicken, fish lips, pork stomach, assorted mushrooms and vegetables, one dish meal.
