Hello Trinket! What a fun event you've made I'm excited to join in! <3 I love the concept for the area and festival!
Mitchell/ Mitty had overheard of the event and was more then thrilled when he heard there was a competition with a judge. Unfortunately he failed to listen properly and didn't know it was a comedy thing! But, he was quick to change his mindset and use the chance to grow his skillset. Afterall he even prepared a whole outfit for the event, there's no way he won't take a chance to show it off. He'll also be doing plenty of sight seeing in the town and finding the perfect spots for taking pictures for all the kites and maybe doing a little performance of his own~!

With a little banjo help from @twstinginthewind's Punch Carder, I think there's a way Lil Mitty can still win, as long as Vil doesn't plan on washing his mouth out with soap afterwards
