“Here you go,” Tyler said, tending over her order. Their fingers touched as she reached for her drink and their eyes met once again. He blinked as if he was in slow motion, his free hand reached over and held the amulet on her necklace before he asked, “What’s with this? I’ve seen them on some of the Nevermore students but not others.”

“It’s a necklace specially made for sirens. It’s to keep us from compelling people to do whatever we say.”

He let go of the amulet and trailed a finger along her collarbone and up her neck. “Oh. Well you wouldn’t need your necklace to tell me what to do.”

She closed her eyes into his touch, “Don’t be so trusting. My ex-boyfriend broke up with me because he felt a way about me telling him what to do.”

He leaned over the counter a little closer and breathed, “He’s an idiot. I wouldn’t let you go if you were mine.”

Bianca looking to piss Xavier off but then realizing Tyler is actually hot and she's been blind and forgets the petty revenge plot because she's freshly single and open to a booty call which turns into FWB deal all before Wednesday even shows up and then Tyler has somehow pulled both girls Xavier likes without noticing and Xavier is fuming and I am laughing at him
