The good ol' town of Rivercourt; peaceful and quiet just like how it supposed to be, or that was what some people think these days since -A seemed to be on his break, causing no shenanigans or troubles and it made some people believed that he left, that -A was gone. But of course -A never left, not even a step out of Rivercourt, he was still in Rivercourt watching and planning more ways to play with the lovely citizen's of Rivercourt and he might just find a way. Let's start with the fact that everyone seemed to loving the quiet town way too much, so why don't he gave them that; a quiet and peaceful town for couple of days.
But of course, why would he did the job by himself if he can asked someone to do it for him? First he texted his long and loyal minion who owed him big enough to do exactly whatever he wanted him to do; Tyler Samuels.
Killer on the loose! Oh wait, sorry, that was you! My bad. But hey, that could easily slipped my mouth accidentally to your sweet girlfriend, I bet she wouldn't like having a murderer as a boyfriend, now would she? So let's make a deal, I keep the secret a little bit longer if you do one simple thing for me; cut the power supply for the whole town and leave Rivercourt all peace and quiet, just as they all like. Remember dear Samuels, one slipped is all it takes.
