“Are you... new? At the gym?” The question is redundant. Juliette held on to a membership at the local gym for when it was too cold to ride her bike around town, or too rainy. She was always happy to talk with the people who worked there, too. No one ever treated her strangely (except the one kid who faked her kidnapping) while she was there, so. She knew most of the people there, and she didn’t know this guy, “I mean, you have to be. I’m there all the time and I’ve never seen you before?”
She gives him another look, “Oh! Sorry, where are my manners, I’m Juliette Spencer.” She offers up her hand to shake with a grin.
“So... When did you start? And do you like it?” She pushes a stray lock of hair behind her ear as she looks at the things they’re offering on the table. It’s all a bit useless to her, with her own membership. But still, it’s polite to at least see what they’re offering everyone.
