He had worked late last night on a building project he was hired for and didn’t get home until early in the morning. It was a couple of weeks after the whole cabin event and Arya barely spent any time at her apartment. She was normally always at his ever since they got back together and it wasn’t a problem to him at all. However, since he got home so late, or early rather, he decided to crash on the couch instead of bothering her and possibly waking her in his bed. The sun was up now and it was around 10 in the morning, but he was still passed out on the couch.

It didn’t take much begging on Maura’s part to convince him to come home for a bit and hang out with her and some old friends. Tyler showed up at home and spent a day or two there, catching up with his mom who was more than excited about him and Sam ‘breaking up’. On the second day, Maura told him about a party at their old friend Jason’ cabin, where a lot of parties happened back in the day, and that they were going, no exceptions. He agreed, hoping it would help to distract him from everything going on with Sam and Arya.

Maura and Tyler drove up relatively early since them and only a few other people were actually staying in the cabin while most of everyone else was staying at nearby hotels and such. After unpacking, Maura took off with Jason and his fiance to get liquor and other various things they would need for the weekend, leaving Tyler alone in the cabin. Since he was alone, he took that time to take a shower since he doubted he would get the chance later on when the cabin was filled with people.
