Everyone I know has these addictions, these things they can't quit.

I've made innumerable markings on pages before, and the walls of my childhood, seems so long ago before the race began. Markers hold meaning, something quiet, that you don't disturb, an inner stillness, I learned this young, how we never get over our fathers.

Things I Learned Today

There is nothing that will beat being a good person. Gossip, maliciousness, hate, jealousy...all of these things will lead you nowhere. 

There's nothing better than moving into a new apartment with girlfriends. 

Except maybe gin.

Love will come and go, but you will always have yourself. 

Find out what you're so passionate about it wakes you up. Literally wakes you up. Pursue that.
