✨ Today is a special day. ✨

After so much work, so many rewrites, and a little bit of fear about sharing it with you, TYRANNYTALE finally has its beginning published.

The Prologue, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 are out now, the first piece of a world I've carried in my heart for a long time, and that I can finally share with you.

I don't really know how to say this except like this: thank you to those who've been waiting, thank you to those discovering this story only now, and thank you in advance to anyone who decides to give it a chance 🖤

Footsteps echoed inside a cluttered and disordered laboratory. The hooded figure approached a pile of scattered papers resting on a desk crowded with laboratory and alchemical instruments. It stopped to observe a photograph.

The figure finished reading the page and set it down with a sorrowful gesture. Metallic footsteps echoed as they descended the stairs. The figure turned abruptly — and saw her.

The same girl from the photograph. Her expression was cold. Black and golden armor covered her body. A yellow hoodie with three black stripes across the chest. Her crown shimmered.A hollow crown, devoid of gems.

She did not smile.

She looked sad — and at the same time repulsed by the sight of the hooded figure. Her eyes ignited with an intense ruby red. And from lips ruined by a scar that had torn away part of them, she spoke.

Heavy footsteps echoed in the dark corridor. A figure recoiled at the back of its cell, terrified by the sound.

The air was different than usual, not cold and heavy, but slimy and malevolent.

The figure trembled as it flattened itself against the wall, as if it could crawl inside to hide.

A clack made the figure freeze. The door to its cell was open, and standing in front of it was a tall, dark presence. Its candied hands grabbed the young figure's arm. It struggled, rebelling with all its might, but nothing could stop the force of the dark presence. It dragged her away, into a room. Screams, screams of something horrible echoed in the corridor and in the cells. Time warped as the sobs and moans of pain broke rhythmically.

Everything stopped suddenly.

Silence was now the only deafening sound.

Hello, everyone!

I'm Angel, co-creator of my dark AU Tyrannytale.

It’s been years since my last post; we took a long break from Undertale in general.

Since then, life moved forward — Nina and I continued on our own paths. I haven’t kept up with drawing, so unfortunately I can’t make a comic, while Nina has focused on other projects. That’s okay — life goes on, and things change.

Now, I’m happy to announce that Tyrannytale will return — this time written completely as a story, a “book” on Wattpad.

I want to let the Undertale community know what I’m creating. Please note that some previously published material may be changed, reworked, or no longer considered canon.

This version of Tyrannytale has grown darker than ever. It will explore cruelty, control, and the shadows of human and monster hearts — this is not a story about comfort or easy friendship.

For those curious, you might finally discover what lies behind the locked rooms of the castle, and the secrets that Chara keeps hidden even from those closest to them.

Thank you for following and supporting Tyrannytale. I hope you’ll join me on this journey, and I can’t wait to share what’s next.

I would like to tell you another anecdote about the creation of Tyrannytale.

Originally, there was supposed to be another character besides Copy.

His name was Kidori (the name was derived from the fusion of the words Kiiro [黄色], meaning yellow in Japanese, and Midori [緑], meaning green in Japanese). The peculiarity of this character was that he had a very special soul: he was two twins (a boy and a girl) fused into a single body and a single soul, representing justice and kindness.

The peculiarity of that character was their dual personality, which spoke almost in unison. In fact, despite being the same person, they literally had two different characters. For example, they could have different opinions or even argue with each other even though they were in one body.

I admit that they were very likeable in roleplay, but in terms of Tyranny Tale lore, we weren't able to implement them. Who knows, maybe while writing this, I'll figure out a way and they'll come back, or maybe not. Also because they were very chaotic to manage as a character (at the time).

So for now, consider them out of canon.
