Apparently all the Ashwings have/had strong personalities and I literally gave no one permission to be their own character. Yet, here we are, Tyval being a disdainful and arrogant mage.

Elya: anger management issues, rude, cocky (often linked with fire) Tyval: disdainful, arrogant, maybe a tad narcissistic (often linked with water) Elva (their mother, deceased): aggressive, controlling, “I’m the only one capable of getting it right so move out of my way.” (if I had to link her to something natural, it’d be things like thunderstorms, hurricanes, and tornadoes) Colin (their father, deceased): his more unsavory elements aren’t really highlighted in anything I’ve written but he’s charismatic to the point of being manipulative, acts like he’s helping someone but is waiting for a weakness to crop up, gossips and spreads rumors to weaken bonds between people (if I had to link him to something, it would be slow-moving geological events that seem to have no ill, short-term effects but long-lasting devastating ones).
