I WOULD LOVE TO
he keeps his hair long, about mid-neck length. used to keep it cut short but hated not being able to hide behind it, so now he lets it grow out. it looks dark brown in good lighting, black in all others. thick and wavy
this means he has to tie it back a lot because he ALSO hates it falling over his eyes when he doesn't want it to. minimum 3 hairties on his person at all times
he has freckles, mostly on his face/shoulders
big brown eyes like a baby cow
needs glasses to read, because he ruined his eyesight staying up late as a kid reading by lamplight
birthmark on his left shoulder and a scar on his hip from falling out of a tree age 9. draws on his hands all the time
i think i said this one before but he has exactly 1 tattoo he got in his second year of college when he was starting to debate if an engineering degree was worth the pain (we've all been there) and he got the schematics and design of the Saturn V rocket (used to launch the Apollo missions) tattooed on his back. picture at the end under the cut
doesn't like necklaces but will wear bracelets. his little sister rayne got really into making them when she was little and made him one as a christmas present that said 'to the moon', because he told her once he wanted to go there. it has a little handmade shrink plastic moon charm on it and he wears it all the time
calluses on his hands from drumming, and permanently dry hands. like, painfully so. scratches at them absentmindedly and they get worse in winter so his hands are always an absolute state. he forgets that hand cream fixes it, doesn't use it, and then wonders why his hands are always messed up. #futureengineer.
scar on his abdomen from an appendectomy when he was 15, another from where he split his knee open on his bike, and some tiny scratch marks on his arms. picks at his skin when he gets stressed
