A former human who died long ago of an illness she’d rather not talk about. Revived illegally by a necromancer and promptly abandoned, Bonsey decided to seize this opportunity at a second chance in life. Her original name forgotten, she gave herself a new identity and met the dawn of a new day smiling about as wide as a human skeleton could.
At the start, Bonsey had no magic to speak of and scared the shit out of anyone she came across. Causing her to end up fleeing further and further away from the graveyard she crawled out of until she ended up on the main road to a demon city. There, she bumped into a mysterious story teller that agreed to help her attain the magic to maintain any form she wished in exchange for the tale of her past. Desperate at this point, she reluctantly told them everything she could remember.
Though the stranger seemed displeased at being told only a portion of “her tale”, they taught her the magic as promised and left the “new and improved” Bonsey Jones on the road. Bonsey, knowing nothing of the Yesbit wars, gave herself a human form resembling them with the body type she knew she would have had, had it not been for her terminal illness.
With newfound vigor, Bonsey headed for the city where unfortunately, she would later be chased from again but this time: she wouldn’t be alone.
