no seriously though, I love both of these characters so much. Of all the fictional characters I've ever loved, Bilbo is one who I really aspire to emulate. Because he has heart and courage, and manages to hold onto his own principles even after everything he's been through. And Thorin oh gosh. Where do I even begin??? He has such a tragic backstory and I love him for his flaws and his strength and his goDS CURSED PRIDE and I cry over him so muchhhhh.
