Ultimate Nicolas, also known as God Tamichi is Nicolas Tamichi's ultimate form. In Chapter 12 of Magical Boy Nicolas: The Opening Arc, during the time while Nicolas, along with Cristian Uzukato, Kiiro Mitsuruyo, Botan Guji and Daisuke Maruno, were battling King Venom Alien from causing a mass destruction in Hazanakonari City, Nicolas' Diamond Necklace starts glowing brightly, having him transform from his Magical Boy form to his Ultimate form. His weapons are the Holy Arrow and the Finale Wand. This also applies the same thing in Arc 2: The Insurrection Arc.
