Ultima V was the last time I ever invested significant time in a video game. I spent hundreds of hours in 1990 trying to finish this only to be stymied by the room right before the final room. I knew someone who had solved the game no problem, so after days of working on this room I decided it must be a glitch and I gave up in frustration.
