"Head Surgeon of the HoV EK Division, It is our duty to inform you that one of your surgeons, Josandus J. Sparrow, has been selected for re-education. Barring any 'accidents' he will be returned to duty, however in the event of a mishap you will be sent a second notification in the event that you wish to mourn him, or work on finding a replacement. All inquiries should be directed to the office of The Right-hand Eye division of the Banshee Queen's military. Dark Lady watch over you."

"Obviously you are able to observe the incompetence and lack of consideration in this letter. Why, exactly is one of my only -good- surgeons being re-educated? Why, exactly, was I not informed of any of this beforehand? What is being changed, and how long exactly can I expect him to be out of commission? I was not aware that anything was wrong in the first place. Regardless, this irritates me, as it seems he is being taken out of action over and over lately. This only suffices to result in more work for me. He will have to be pressed for questions. I will proceed to do so as soon as I get the chance."
