I remember my freshman year in college, we had an African Student Union meeting/discussion about this letter and its relevance today. I went home that day and wanted to do my own research and ran across this video. I can honestly say that, that day made me force myself to start learning about who I really am, what I care about, and all about my ancestors that fought for me to be where I am today. I ran across this video today and I hate how as time continues, it only becomes more relevant.
