Live blogging my first watch of the Thing.
17 minutes in: If anything happens to Lars or the dog, I will fistfight whatever harms them behind the Waffle House.
My friend got me to play Silksong again after I quit out of frustration a few months ago. And I am so glad she did, I am actually enjoying it a lot more than I was then (was actively stressed while playing it last time due to having siblings watching and commenting)
Like I don't normally like platforming in games but it is fun here. Why? Zero clue.
I even still have muscle memory from the last time I played (managed to first try Bell Beast and Fourth Chorus, my favorite fights that I've done thus far). I just got to Greymoor, so I am approaching the end of my knowledge(stopped right after Splinter Sister last time). But it don't matter, I'm having fun.
Every once in a while, I decide to try 3d again. And every time I am reminded why I don't do it (laptop can't handle it)
Spending an hour or so cleaning out a hand-me down keyboard has made me feel good. She went from a potential biohazard to mostly clean.
Didn't have compressed air, so I had to use a paintbrush to get between the keys (unsure of the specific model so unable to search if the keycaps are removable).
Genuinely proud of how well I was able to get her with what I have. Gonna see if my Dad has any compressed air/an air compressor I can borrow tomorrow, so that I can get some of the spaces I'm unsure of still.
Brain is making a small task feel impossible, so I am incentivising myself to finish the task through telling myself I can draw T3nn4 in revealing outfits afterwards.
It is working.
