But, I can add that Gojo was a little worse about it as a teen. Not that he had any anger issues specifically, his fuse was just a bit shorter than it is as an adult. He was a bratty and arrogant teenager who was more prone to... overreacting to (usually small) things that irritated and annoyed him, and being loud about it. Acting exasperated when the wrong movie snacks were bought, or claiming a game's rigged or accuse someone of cheating if they suddenly started winning. And for as much of a "ragebaiter" as he was known to be, he was just as easily "ragebaited," especially by those who knew him well and knew which buttons to push. Thankfully, his little outbursts were typically harmless and brief.

Satoru, Suguru, Shoko, Nanami, and Haibara— it's New Year's Eve, and the five of them are spending the holiday together. It's an evening of board games, video games, TV, and toshikoshi soba (cooked by none other than Nanami and Haibara themselves, all while having stop Satoru from "taste testing" throughout), as they wait for the New Year to arrive.

They're finishing up their late dinner (some of them go for seconds), sitting around a small television in the common area of the dorms as the final countdown draws near.

Three... two... one...!

Japan reaches midnight and 'Happy New Year!' fills the air, but Satoru's eyes are still on the screen, only starting to turn his head when he feels an unexpected, quick kiss pressed to his cheek. Looking fully at Suguru sitting next to him, he stares, eyes big and blinking as he registers what's happened. Time seems to stand still, before Satoru laughs and playfully shoves the other's shoulder.

"Yeah, yeah, Happy New Year to you too."

"Let's take a photo!" Waving around a small point-and-shoot camera, Haibara's exclamation keeps the moment from lingering (it was all so fast, he wonders if anyone else noticed). Just like that, they're all gathering around, Satoru and Suguru becoming sandwiched between Shoko and Haibara as Nanami reluctantly settles behind them. Haibara holds the camera out as far as his arm can reach and they're all peace signs and smiles as the shutter clicks, Satoru with one arm slung around Suguru's shoulders, and a light blush warming his face.
