‘What’s with that mask kid? You know it’s rude to hide your identity in front of your peers.”
@unheroical ;; ❝ Am I a monster? ❞
❝ Such a difficult question, Rider. There are many factors that define a ‘monster’, many views and opinions. ❞ The Vengess spoke with the slightest amusement in her tone. She recognized herself as a ‘monster’, some could argue her view, others only confirmed it. ❝ Take any hero for example. They defend perhaps their piece of land, a king or an entire nation. Therefore they are recognized as a hero by those they protected even if it would mean slaughtering men. Some may say the hero is a monster for not finding a more peaceful solution. And relatives of those who were killed? They most definitely consider the hero a monster. The villain. An antagonist to those they saw as the protagonist. ❞
With her explanation given, Avenger was left with a simple smile curving her lips. Any person was a villain in some sort at some point in their life, whether it was for minor issue or a major. Deny it, deflect it, ignore it.
❝ Allow me to ask again, Rider. Are you a monster? ❞

Hey Cu! Join that cooking contest and cook something for me. You're my best friend! You'll do this for me won't you? :))
That cooking contest? My best friend?
There was so much to unwrap what Isemi had just told him but, overall, the Lancer couldn’t help it but focus on the ‘best friend’ part. Cú knew that he was quite friendly and easy to like by others, but he and Isemi had only known seen and talked to each other in a few occasions... which most likely meant that Isemi didn’t have much friends! Oh no! He was supposed to be worrying about the HGW, not the social life and well-being of a crybaby high school student! And yet...
“A cooking contest? But isn’t the food supposed to be eaten by the judge? Are you going to be the be judge?” The Lancer didn’t consider himself a high-class chef but he knew how to survive in a forest and considered himself to be a good enough cook. “If this is your way to ask me to make food for you, you’re not being very subtle, you know?”

Ah! Cu-san are you okay?
“Isemi! Ah... I’m- I think, it’s-” He’s honestly too out of it to give an answer.
@unheroical Isemi participating!
Attempt 1/4
2. This maze seems to be going pretty smoothly for you and you feel like all is on the right track. But what's this? You hear a series of howling and cautiously go to investigate the cause. Surely wolves aren't running wild indoors right? Nope! It's a pack of Cu(s) instead! After giving a friendly 'awoo' back, they agree to help lead you further into the castle.
6. Somehow you end up in a hall filled with entrances leading to bedrooms. You feel a chill in the air and the sounds of footsteps are behind you! You make the choice to run down the hall with all your might and head up the stairs you find around the corner.
7. Even though the castle seems completely silent, you see a small cloaked figure standing in the middle of the hall. You decide to follow them as they start running away from you. Soon you find yourself deeper into the castle but still on the right track! Looks like you got a little help.
9. It seems these vast halls go on forever and ever with no way to the end! Just when hope seems lost you hear a small voice asking if you need some help. It’s.. Santa Alter Lily? Well the smaller Jeanne has arrive during the wrong holiday but you can’t say no to a face like that right? You allow the girl to give you the gift of guidance and get back on the right path.
4. You venture into a grand ball room inside the castle and decide to take a look around for a brief break. Just because this is a game doesn’t mean sightseeing isn’t allowed right? Though as you take you time, a familiar and chilling voice reaches your ears.. Three of them actually. The trio of Raikou, Serenity, and Kiyohime have arrived in the very same room! Seeing as you are there as well, you get roped into assisting them with dance practice! You flee for your life but end up back at the beginning in your panic..
YOU LOSE
“Aww.. I thought he was going to win too!”

“I see... Still interesting insight-” Another separate compared to others once he came to finish, much more different at least once he stated his origin. Although, she could understand the struggle for what it was when it came to eradicating others and what could have been a possibility. She understood it a little too well, even if he had a goal within this time. “Usually when you forget a time to remember, always means it was good. It could be appreciated no matter way. As for mine? I can say that I come more to the circle of European points as growing up too, although since I’m not full of one blood, I can’t give a direct answer to my people’s however. I’ve attended some though, street parties, noble receptions, ball room masquerades at most though. I can’t indulge you too much unfortunately, they all kinda feel the same after awhile. I could mostly just appreciate the music and formality of some, other than that— hm... They just aren’t the greatest too much. Boredom will usually lead someone to intoxication or leaving. I- but personally- would just sit off on the side and watch most the time until it was over. These are usually always better when you’re with someone though.”

Why
He felt like it.
cont. from here.
— Deep down, she felt a wave of displeasure. A need to flee, a need to attack. But, the gorgon did neither. Instead, she studied him behind her blind. He may not know who she was, it was true, back then she was quite different. But, she would never forget his scent. Nor, the form of the man that had slain her.
❝Yes.❞ Was all she said at first. Taking a step forward, he too seemed to enjoy hiding behind a mask. But, even with that hiding his features. The gorgon knew, this was the boy Perseus. ❝Do you not recognize the monster you’ve slayed, boy?❞ Medusa inquired. Though, whether he truly did or not, didn’t matter to her. She didn’t expect an honest answer, nor did she expect him to enjoy working with his this time around.
