RED TERROR ON THE STREETS OF GOTHAM New criminal carves bloody swath through underworld
February 25 2019 – GOTHAM CITY, NEW JERSEY
A mysterious figure known only as the ❝ RED HOOD ❞ has emerged victorious from what appears to have been a short - lived gang war between various criminal organizations operating out of Gotham City.
Sources report that RED HOOD —— so named because of the helmet he wears —— has started to consolidate power through a series of brutal and chilling attacks on established heads of criminal organizations, the aftermath of which can only be described as executions. The resulting unrest has lead to a veritable explosion in gang activity as lower - level mobsters scramble to gain footing and establish themselves in the wake of absolute turmoil.
It should be noted that, though RED HOOD appears to be one of Gotham’s most unhinged criminals in recent history, he reportedly does not allow anyone in his employ to harm or deal to either women or children.
When contacted, the GCPD Organized Crime Unit declined to release a statement.
