Yesterday, I showed Vader raining on an Imperial party because he’s a jerk; today, Thane marvels at a rebel party because he’s traumatized by the violence around him. This more emotionally grounded approach toward war is something I appreciate in Lost Stars.

Interestingly, he also shares a pose with the lonely stormtrooper in this gloomy panel.

This week’s theme: Star Wars OTPs (part 2)!

The unnamed rebel and stormtrooper from Lucas Marangon’s delightful “Marooned” have one of my favorite relationships in Star Wars comics. If the premise isn’t tempting enough to convince you to seek out this comic, here are a couple more of their charming moments:

The story and dialogue are quite emotional, and the ending is one of the best. I love this comic so much that I used a panel from it for the banner for this blog!
