A new friend would be nice. Someone to chat with other than friends he shared with his momma.
That was why Shooter was out.
Though... Maybe it wasn't the best idea to be out at night. His momma typically only went out at night for jobs, or to run errands.
And maybe there had been a reason for that.
Ikebukuro wasn't the safest of cities. And especially not at night.
Sure, he was a bit frightened to be roaming around so late... But at least he wasn't defenseless
