Who is the most affectionate? Both of them are fairly affectionate, Calix is more willing to be so in public though, while in private Garen is certainly always happy to pull Calix in close. He especially likes to play with Calix’s hair.
Big spoon/Little spoon? Garen is so big spoon. That big Demacian soldier wrapped around him? Calix would be very pleased indeed.
Most common argument? Well, we are talking a Demacian-Half-Noxian relationship here, things are bound to happen. However, a fair amount of their arguments aren’t really of the nature you might think, rather Garen is concerned for Calix sometimes when Calix doesn’t feel he should be, or doesn’t want him to be - and Calix certainly doesn’t feel as though he can talk much about his soldier mother or his concerns about not following in her footsteps with his lover without there being problems.
Favorite non-sexual activity? Garen’s is petting Calix’s hair. Serously though they like to spend some quiet time together - including things like sttng together on the couch or taking a bath together. Calix also sometimes likes to go and watch Garen train - Garen likes showing off a bit, and Calix usually enjoys shirtless muscular soldier watching the enthusiasm with which he works.
Who is most likely to carry the other? Garen definiitely - and he does it a lot, usually princess-style.
Nicknames? They exchange a lot of sweet pet names o3o is cute. Calix is also fond of playfully calling the man his ‘knight in shining armor’.

Who tops? Garen - though Calix takes control of the situation as often as Garen does, just from the “bottom”.
