Welcome.

Hi everyone! Welcome to the 7 Books to Read Before you Die club at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus' official Tumblr page. We will meet on a monthly basis for approximately two hours to discuss a book we were all given to read the previous month. I am looking to get together a group of about 15-20 people. If we get enough interest we might form a second group. Here is a list of books I think you guys would enjoy but I am open to suggestions.

     My name is Glenda and I decided to start this club because I like reading books, but all the more fun if you have people to discuss them with! I think this club will be a great way for us to make new friends and keep ourselves enthused about life when we are not studying. I selected these books because I feel like they all make interesting critiques about an aspect of our society. These books are also very well received by critics and many of them were featured in Oprah's book club.
