According to a survey by Glow-worm, 39% of the 500 installers surveyed wish they had more work. A third wanted to put more effort into up-selling on installations and a quarter were keen to improve on following up on previous installations.

A customer may only ask you to replace a shower pump in their property but why replace a pump with the same pump when you could provide them with a product or package of products that will give them an even better experience?
