How stupid can a person be?
Some stupid woman was going the wrong way down the street at Upperline and St. Charles and refused to move off of the street or turn around, leaving me and 4 cars behind me stuck with no room to turn around. She INSISTED that we were going the wrong way down the street, lied and said she was out of gas (she had half a tank), and was screaming her head off. So the lady called 911, the cops came, and arrested her for disturbing the peace and traffic violation.
