just got my hair cut, and that came with a wash, but i am THIS CLOSE to hopping in the shower and washing it again because the hair lady put some really foul smelling hairspray in it

Ray rah, CSC ServiceWorks... I've said it before and I've said it again, but your laundry management app absolutely sucks (and that is yet again the PG version of my opinion)... And your service in general kind of sucks, too.

In fact, since my day off is actually on a day within office hours unlike during the main part of the school year, I can call the HOA overseeing the apartment laundry facility, so I did. You're so bad that you got an HOA maintenance coordinator to be genuinely apologetic toward me! That is *impressive!*

Sincerely, a tired veterinary student who worked several night shifts this week and did *not* want to spend her day off hauling scrubs to a laundry mat away from the apartment facility in the pouring rain, but is now having to, because your app has once again malfunctioned repeatedly, making it impossible to start a machine. And oh, despite your service stickers saying you came and fixed the one out of six washing machines that's been broken since September, it's still broken, yet you've raised the price to start a machine twice, and leave anyone who calls your support line on terminal hold. The only reason I don't deal with the inconvenience of going to the external laundry mat at this point instead of the inconvenience of your pathetic app is because it still is significantly more expensive in spite of the price increases.
