throwback to last semester’s intro to chem! tbh, i might be weird, but so far i’m finding orgo easier, even though i cannot draw hexagons to save my life. if there’s one thing i learn from this course, it’ll be how to properly draw diagrams.

@endymionstudies November Study Challenge
3. what’s your favorite way to wind down after a long day?
Usually I do it by reading in bed with blankets, sometimes listening to lo-fi or darkwave writing a stream of consciousness.
Week 9 of school has passed! I am feeling a lot better because everything is just starting to calm down. Now on to the rest of the semester! (and planning my dungeons and dragons campaign in my free time)

sorry for my absence! things have been crazy of late (as i’m sure y’all can relate). what’s been going on in your lives?
i feel like a lot of people set quarantine goals over spring/summer. did you set one? did you make it? i wanted to read more books, but i ended up reading a lot of fanfic instead. so, kind of?
i feel like the time of complaining about quarantine is over, but i still get angry when i see people not wearing a mask/wearing a mask incorrectly, not social distancing (or even respecting personal space), or flat-out denying that the pandemic is a problem. i want to have an actual college experience- i busted my ass in high school, didn’t go out, stayed up way too late studying, and now i don’t even get to see my friends or partner for at least another six months. we’re apart for longer than we’ve been together. and i’m just so lonely.
sorry for the rant.
recently it’s been so hard to keep myself motivated for classes. i keep finding myself wanting to pop over to my friend’s dorm or head to the dining hall for a change of scenery. i miss the social aspect of college more than i expected.
