Nitori decided to walk to the park after school. She had seen it on her way to school, so she could spot it easily. She sat on an empty swing and looked up towards the setting sun. It had been a long day, and she had already met many new people. She didn't know whether to consider that a blessing or a curse, though. On one hand, she was happy that she was interacting, but on the other hand, she was so shy, she didn't think she could take all of this.
"Hopefully I didn't leave any bad impressions today... I still have a year and a half at this school..." The only other person playing in the park was a young girl, but Nitori didn't pay much mind to her. But Nitori would observe her on the equipment every so often, seeing her have fun, and smiled whenever she smiled. "I wish I could be carefree like that," she said to herself.
