"Our team recently handled a case that left a deep impression. The client, an only child, faced a heartbreaking situation: her mother, a lawful permanent resident in the U.S., is undergoing chemotherapy for cancer. The client had been a derivative applicant during her mother’s immigration process but aged out just before the interview, leaving her separated from her parents at a critical time. A few months ago, she and her family applied for B-1/B-2 visas through another firm, but the application was denied due to documentation errors. When the client came to our team, we carefully reviewed the case, identified the issues, and coordinated with the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka to correct the records. After thorough effort, the new visa application was successfully completed. Our team is hoping she will soon be able to visit her mother and provide the support she desperately needs."
