we all know sku has a lot of looped scenes, repetitive animations and weaker graphics in less important episodes. all this to save the budget for more important episodes. normally it is not that visible, but the difference between episodes 28 and 29 is huge, especially since they cover the same plot and happen one after another (these are Juri / Ruka / Shiori episodes). ep28 is one of worst drawn from all, and then we have ep29 which is aestetic and animation masterpiece
