First night on Progesterone taken vaginally for treatment of my PMDD knocked me clean out 😭 I’ve woken up easier from surgical anaesthesia than I did this morning I was groggy for hoursssss 😭 and it felt like my whole body was made of metal 😭 so sore. But weirdly okay and no immediate morning dread. It was quite peaceful actually. I didn’t realise how much dread hits me first thing in the morning until it wasn’t there. I had other stuff to focus on 😭

It’s supposed to be less sedative as I get used to it but I only took half the dose (1 pill, 100mg) and I’m supposed to work my way up to 200mg 😩 hell.
