Ya know, I bet many ghouls are in a fuck ton of pain like. A majority of the time? Or at least those that are able to keep on going after the first few years of wastelanding at least.

Like, sure, they have some sort of accelerated healing ability but is it just superficial? What about pain caused by aging joints? Arthritis? Once broken bones? What about tired tendons and overworked ligaments? Does being a ghoul mean all past physical ailments are initially cured? Like slipped disks or scoliosis? What about neurological or genetic conditions? Or is it just stuff like broken feet or a punctured side that are healed? Does that mean if someone with, say, EDS or CF or something starts wastelanding, they're dealing not just with the pain of that transition but also of their original illness?
