Hello! I am a beginning artist, who dabbles in both digital and t

I was really inspired by the painterly backgrounds in 2D animated movies one night (mostly Studio Ghibli), so I took a crack at whipping up a quick test piece! I was mostly concerned with maintaining a sunny, cheerful color palette while also using some blending layers to make the character in the scene look like they belong!

Also, quick mention that I have an account on Unvale where you can check out some of my characters, along with whatever artwork or writing pieces I've done for them! My personal recommendations would be Curi, Idris, and Fakida!

I haven't done a ton of work developing a majority of the characters on there right now, but I'll be steadily adding more content as time goes on! As of right now, it's basically just a glorified storage space haha
