A one shot in which Morales find his way back into aunt's May shop after a rough night and how a new warm relation is born.

It had started like an accident, after a rough night fighting crime (and his parents before), Miles needed somewhere to go and his webs brought him to sweet aunt May house. He hesitated on the doorstep of the house but before he could change his mind, it opened and revealed the sleepy old lady, she wore that gray cardigan and her gaze softened when she saw miles in his costume, tired and beaten down. "Come on in, miles". A cup of tea was offered, bandaids and a pull was provided. They spent a while talking, Miles about how everything felt like too much, how he thought he wasn't doing enough and she reassured him that Peter was the same at the start. He went home more peacefull that night.

And before they knew it Miles came at the sweet old lady house both in and out of the costume, she wanted to keep peter legacy alive , he needed a mentor, they both craved someone to talk too, about everything. May found out it was quite easy to love the little guy and she enjoyed aiding him even when it wasn't about hero duties but homeworks. He was the same as her little boy,excited and kind hearted . Miles, him, loved his parents he really did but it was really good to talk to someone who understood what he was going through and who wasn't always against him, although do not make mistake aunt May had a character and she was adament school came first but it was nice. It was like he had won a brand new grandma.

His parents too noticed something was off, he came back hours after school finished and had new handmade clothes or some foods when he came back home. It shouldn't have worried them, truly, Miles looked more happy then he did the last few days but not knowing who he went to or if it was someone with bad intention worried them. So Jefferson Morales felt only half guilty when he tailed his son after school. He discovered that his boy was going to some old lady's house that day and all those who followed. At least it wasn't a weird guy but he still worried that Miles might be taking avantage of the old lady, it didn't seem like something his son would do but it happened a lot with vulnerable old people.

He needed to make sure and so he went to her doorstep. When she oppened the door, he asked her if he could come inside, his hat in his hand (he came directly after work and had not changed). "Sure officer, I hope I'm not in any trouble." "No, no, i just came to check in." She offered him a cup of tea which he gladly accepted and waited for her to sit. "See the thing is I have noticed my son coming in this house a lot those past few day and came to check he wasn't forcing his presence on you or causing any trouble." He explained very seriously and the lady smiled warmly. "Oh you must be little Miles's father." "Yes i am." Well at least it was a good reaction to his son. "You have no need to worry, your son isn't a bother at all , in fact he's such a sweet boy, you know. He has been keeping me company and I am greatly graceful of him to do so, it keep me from sinking in loneliness after my dear Parker death." Jefferson felt his heart tighten at that, everyone had heard about Parker's death and the fact that Miles has been the one checking on this little lady's health after his death did something to his inside. She spent the rest of the time with him discussing about all the help Miles did around the house and what they spent doing together (except the vigilante stuff), he was surprised to learn that his son was trying himself to crochet. In the end he and the whole family was invited to a dinner at her house and he spent ten minutes crying in the car about how he raised a good boy and a futur great man.
