“I second this idea-” - Ushiwakamaru
“You really think so, Rider?”
“I think we got this, but after the battle is over, we should all meet up as opposing teams and celebrate victories and losses with cake and hot chocolate!”

“The cannon is a go! I’ve modified it and left certain parts in my chambers, so I can reassemble it properly when we need to go into combat. But it’s perfect, now, as a snowball launcher! I’ve even managed to make the magazine larger for snowballs, doubling it from six to twelve. I’ve also been given permission to use it!”
Eating hearts are the best. Though Len thinks they’re talking about a different heart than they’re thinking of...

Oh? Someone had come up to him, a relatively small child, and the next thing he knew, the man was staring at the surface of a simple book. A story? They wanted him to read them a story of some sort?
A thoughtful tilt of his head, and the frenchman had taken the book into his hands. He read it over as the alter ego followed him, finding a seat near the fireplace that the servants had kept with the use of their mana. The couch is big enough for another, to which he began to observe the book in itself.
A decorative title had swirled with golds and silvers, its calligraphy suggesting in being ancient- yet, it appeared as if it were new at the same time. The book read:
Beauty and the Beast.
“This is a very popular story from where i’m from. I remember when it was first published, too. Do you not know what it is about?”
That was curious. Even in the modern era, almost everyone knew what this story was. It was rare finding another that had no clue as to what it held within.
The Alter Ego sat down happily, enjoying the warmth by the fireplace. The book looked nice, and despite not really knowing how to read - as Kyte and Gack never taught them - they wanted it read to them. Sanson was just the first one they had come across. Moving a lock of hair away from their eyes, they began to reply.
“I think I heard of it... Kyte and Gack never read it to me, though. They also haven’t taught me to read... And there’s no one around who would. So... Can you read it to me, Assassin? Please?”
The plead is soft spoken, their speech surprisingly polite and mature for such a childish mind. It was that dissonance - the stunted body being aged twenty, but the mind being so young - that made Len come off as a monstrous or even disturbing identity.
They waited patiently for an answer, watching Sanson’s movements and facial expression. At the first sign of conflict, they resolved to slip away - so as not to bother the Assassin any further. That way, they wouldn’t be a bother and Sanson could go back to what he was doing.
@sanzenxsekai asked: "Hamel-san! We're in! Our team's been registered, so feel free to ready your cannon!"
“Oh? We’ve been registered? Then I shall prepare the cannon to modify it into a snowball chucker! Give me about a day, maybe three maximum to make sure it works!”

It wasn't unlike Yana to run into people - were Servants truly considered people? It was something that crossed his mind a lot, lately. - around here. No, he was still getting used to it, himself. The Collector of Souls, one of the Lancer class, could do nothing more but look at her for a moment before speaking.
"... Hello."
Wow, how awkward could someone be? The Foreigner before him was nice and sweet looking, cute, even. Someone he could see himself being friends with, protecting her with his scythe and his abilities. Shaking his protective nature out of his mind - just for now - he offered her an awkward smile. Yana still needed to get to know some people, but maybe she could be a good start?
