Vaughn moved from Windenburg to San Myshuno after selling his strip club and finally finishing his degree. He started up high in the criminal career and was making a pretty penny living it up in his apartment. Gratefully, butler included.

Along the way Vaughn had collected quite a fair amount of love interests. Completing his Villianous Valentine aspiration, as well as the Serial Romantic aspiration. Now the father of several children, two of his favorite ladies who lived with him in Windenburg decided to leave him... he wouldn’t have minded much if they didn’t leave their daughters too. Now Vaughn was a single ‘dad’ who made sure his girls had everything they needed, but didn’t care to be around.

Thus, half sisters Whitney and Willow were added to the Baxter legacy. Willow, raven haired and whimsical being the new heir. Whitney was wicked and evil, following in her father’s footprints. This meant Willow had an absent and vicious father and a wicked half sister - but luckily for Willow, she was one of the people Whitney could actually tolerate.

Vaughn headed off to Uni to complete the Villainy program. It wouldn’t be Vaughn without some partying and flings along the way. Unfortunately, Vaughn focussed a little too much on the fun and ended up on academic probation. After a second term of being on probation, it looked like it was going to take Vaughn a little bit of time to complete it. He decided to move off campus and work on his last course from his new life in Windenburg.

Prom went better than Vaughn could have expected. After having increased his mischief skill pranking and making fun of the other kids in class - he received the Prom Jester award. One of his love interests just happened to be prom royalty. The after party was a success, even though he got caught trying to pull a prank on his bestie. It’ll be a night to remember.

Vaughn completed his transformation. Hours working out, getting contact lenses and then cutting his hair and he’s feeling more confident than he has in a long time. So much so, that he’s decided to use it to his advantage. Vaughn isn’t interested in anything long term or deep commitments, but he’s open for fun.
