Concern at once filled his expression though a hint of fear perhaps was displayed within his eyes as he struggled to hold back the panic that suddenly had threatened to take hold. He glanced around the hallway quickly, making sure that no one had been close enough to heard what had been said before grabbing onto the girls hand and hurrying back to the sanctuary of her bedroom, closing the door behind them before leaning back against the door with a small sigh. Of course it was all his fault. He hadn’t been careful enough. He hadn’t managed to keep her entirely away from the others and of course Naree was smart enough to know that something wasn’t right about this place. She wasn’t an airhead like him. She was smart and bright and everything that he could never be. Yet, he had hoped to be able to keep her fooled for a few more days yet. He was worried about what his Saviour may say or do if she were to learn about Naree’s concerns. All his fault - always his fault. “I-I’m sorry but until you’ve completed the game or agreed to stay here with me...I cannot tell you anything more about this place other than you are helping me to complete my task...I’m sorry if you’ve seen or heard anything that may be worrying you... I promise that you are safe... I’ll keep you safe... so please don’t be worried...”

Perhaps it was the similarities between their situations that caused the tired Hacker to pay close attention to the latest guest that his Savior had asked to be sent an invite to their Paradise. He was personally aware of how it hurt to be betrayed by a brother who had promised so much. A brother who had helped you through the darkest parts of your life - only to then abandon you when you needed them the most. He was curious. He wanted to learn more about this Mokuba, to learn about the anger that burned deep within his soul, to compare their rage, their flames, though there was some difference. Mokuba did not know where his brother had vanished too while Saeran was very much aware of just where his was. Maybe, maybe if he could track down this Seto though, he and Mokuba would be able to extract their revenge together. He smiled. Even if this side of his personality did not take much joy in violence, that shifted whenever his brother was concerned. Plus, he was somewhat excited. To meet someone else who had been through that same pain as he had. How would Mokuba be? Would the pain of losing his beloved brother be reflected within his eyes? But it would be okay. He’d be freed from that hold. Free to stop holding onto hope for the return of one who had damaged him so harshly. The Savior would save Mokuba, just as she had saved him.  He sighed and sat back, twirling his lollipop between his teeth as his eyes scanned over the code he’d been working on - only to roll his chair back over to his laptop as the notification chime of a new message was heard, the smile only growing when he saw who it was from. Got him. Dear Mokuba, I am delighted to hear your response! I shall send a car around to pick you up later this evening if that works for you? Please let me know the address that you would like to be picked up from.

A chime off to one side alerted him to the new email that had been sent his way, twirling a lollipop between his teeth as he pushed his chair over towards the other computer to look over what had been sent. He smiled, quickly opening the message in order to send a reply. He hadn’t expected one so quickly but now he was beginning to feel as though his hard work may finally be paying off soon. Sharon, Thank you for your quick response. I will be happy to explain a few things for you. As I attempted to explain, Magenta is simply a place where you will be forever accepted for who you are. I can understand that the pressures of the world can be rather tiresome and painful. Magenta can help you to overcome such pressures. Here, the real you can shine brightly. “Madam?” The boy had seen her read over the note but had received no response. Perhaps she had simply thought that the paper was litter of some kind? And he’d taken all this care to make sure it got to her after the email kept failing to send whenever he’d attempted to. Perhaps she used an old account that she could no longer access? “Can you please come with me?”

He had chosen to wander through the gardens as he waited for the answer to the email that had been sent out earlier, trying to calm down his nerves. He felt more relaxed when surrounded by so many different flowers and colours, allowing for the cool wind to wash through him as he took in a slow and steady breath. Finally, weeks, months of work had come to this point. He was both excited and nervous to see just how well the plan went and almost dropped his phone as the chime went off alerting him to a response. Ray smiled, sitting on a nearby bench as he typed up his reply. I am happy to hear your response. Could you send your address and I shall have someone come to escort you? Looking forward to seeing you Ray

Hearing the chime from his phone, Ray leaned back against the wall as he unlocked his phone to check over the response that he had been given, smiling ever so slightly. She barely even asked any questions! Which was good as he was quite busy preparing for the girls arrival. He didn’t have much time to waste answering pointless questions. Hello. It’s a pleasure to hear back from you. If you can provide me with an address we shall have a car come for you whenever you are ready to enter Paradise. Looking forward to meeting you Ray

The poor shy boy squeaks as he finds himself suddenly pressed up against the wall of the girls bedroom, mint eyes widening as he gazes towards Mei, trying to work out just what he’d done wrong to receive this type of treatment. “G-Go out? G-Go out where?”, he whispered softly as he finally manages to find his voice again. Mei is far too close and he’s still feeling rather startled, worried that he had done something wrong, that he had upset her - and no so confused as it seemed like this action had been made just to ask him to go out someplace with her? “….I suppose we could walk in the gardens? I have a little bit of free time…”

Maybe, maybe he had been more tired than he had first thought. He certainly wasn’t able to place into words the thoughts that were running through his mind as he stepped away from Mei, checks burning bright red as he realised just what he had done. Mint eyes filled with worry and Ray took a few more steps away from the girl before he could do anything else that may result in her hating him. Someone as useless and broken as he was did not deserve to give such a show of affection towards a girl as pure and innocent as Mei was. He was only wishing to show how he cared for her, a small thank you for the worry and concern that she had been showing towards him lately. But he just had to step over that line. Mei was going to hate him now. Saviour was going to be mad at him. He felt tears begin to build up as he fought to regain enough control to try and find the right words to say. But - sorry never parted from his lips for he knew that to be a lie and he was already feeling such terrible guilt from lying to her this much already. “D-don’t hate me!
