rather than a post I have made a document with 6 sections to try and fully cover the situation. As your aware, the current situation is rapidly unfolding so posts, statements and opinions are constantly shifting. Everything could change again tomorrow and that just how it is.
What I am presenting is not a complete coverage of the entire situation. This document is what I have been able to gather from various platforms and sources in the hopes of piecing together for a hopefully clear and full image. (dont sue me oomfs. I'm broke)
