Soldezangelo Head canons
Leo and Nico speak to each other using Morse code
Will can tell when they're trying to plan something for him because he'll hear a series of taps at 3 am
Nico and Leo are both chronic insomniacs
Will is constantly waking up to whatever late night antics they get up to
They always shuffle back to bed with him
Their sleep schedule is nearly non-existent
Nico can fall asleep anywhere, but they constantly wake up randomly throughout the night
Leo can never fall asleep on his own, he always needs help.
He can't fall asleep alone, either Nico or Will have to be beside him, preferably both of them
Will is the only one of them that can sleep through the night and fall asleep and wake up easily
Speaking of sleep habits, Nico is always tired, regardless of how much sleep they get
Will is always up at 6:30 every morning (side affect of being an Apollo kid)
Leo, however, is always full of energy, no matter how little sleep he gets
-A normal morning for them goes like this:
-Will is up at 6:30, making pancakes or waffles and humming quietly to himself while his coffee brews. Nico is still asleep, they fell asleep at 10:30 last night and they probably won't get up until at least noon. Leo hot exactly 30 minutes of sleep and is sitting cross legged on the counter, drinking a Bang energy drink from a coffee mug, recounting his dream to Will excitedly.
-When Nico does wake up, they can usually be found in one of three places: in the combat arena teaching the younger campers, in the infirmary helping Will or in Bunker 9 with Leo. If they can't be found in either of those three places, try Rachel's cave. If both Will and Leo are preoccupied, Nico will go to Rachel's cave and they'll spend hours reading or talking or just sitting quietly with each other.
-On the rare occasion that the OT3 are fighting, they all go to either Rachel or Piper for help fixing things. If they go to Rachel, she'll hit them with whatever object is in her hand until they either have an epifany or they run away in fear.
-Piper is a little bit nicer. She'll either counsel them and give them quality advice or reprimand until they see the error of their ways.
When Leo or Nico kisses him, Will's freckles glow( they glow for other things too). Will hates it, Leo and Nico love it.
Whenever Nico has a nightmare, they lay between Will and Leo and the two of them hold them and rub their back until they fall asleep
Leo sometimes forgets to take care of himself and ends up staying in the bunker for days on end until Nico and Will get fed up and come for him
Will has to carry Leo over his shoulder while Nico holds his hands and scolds him for not taking care of himself, and promises to spend the day in bed with him while Will works in the infirmary
Speaking of hands, Nico loves Leo's hands. Holding them, kissing them, Nico just loves Leo's hands.
That's all I got for now.
I have soldezangelo to iffer in these trying times. I wrote it half asleep, I'm sorry. But I've been thinking about Nico and his thoughts on the soulmate myth and well, here ya go. 1k words.
Soulmates
The sun was beginning to set as Leo bounded into the camp's infirmary. He knew Will would be doing shift change with the other healers and Nico would soon be by with food for the three of them.
"Okay, Will. Have a good night." Kayla bade Will goodbye and left the the two sitting in the peaceful silence as the only two patients slept. The door creaked back open and Nico shuffled in with food enough for the three of them and an extra bit for Will to eat later in the night.
"Hey there, Sunshine. What's on the menu tonight?" Leo gave Nico a wide grin as the other glowered at the name. They worked together doling out food and soon Will had sat down in the rolling chair at the small desk between the two.
"Food for later." Nico nodded to the bundle of aluminum foil next to Will's arm. Will nodded gratefully.
"Thanks, sweets." The three fell into a warm silence and Nico's mind began wandering. Leo noticed his nose scrunched up and a small pout working its way to his lips.
"What's wrong, mi amor?" Leo nudge him with his shoulder. Nico blinked and turned so he could lay in Leo's lap.
"How much myth do you guys know?" He asked, eyes a little unfocused. As if he were drifting off to another world.
"Not a whole lot but enough." Will answered.
"None at all, to be honest." Leo said. Nico pouted at that.
"Okay, fine. There's one about soulmates. It was-" Nico cut himself off as if realizing what he was about to say and sat upright, spine straight as a board and turned to put his weight against the wall.
"Nevermind. It's dumb." He muttered. Leo and Will glanced at each other, both realizing Nico was shutting down.
"Hey, you don't have to tell us, but we'd be honored to hear it." Will covered Nico's hand with his own. Leo felt again, a warm surge in his chest as if nothing could be better than this one moment. Nico glanced up at Will and took a shaky breath.
"Okay." He said. "Okay."
He relaxed his shoulders and took a breath before starting again.
"The myth goes that mankind was made with two sets of everything. So, four arms, four legs, four eyes, two mouths…" He hesitated, "And two hearts. Fearing their strength Zeus separated them into man and woman. Mankind would be destined to search for their other half their entire lives and when they found each other, they would know."
It was silent in the infirmary, both Leo and Will already guessing what would be next. But neither of them were actually ready for the next sentence.
"When I was younger, I wondered what that meant for me. Because, well," Nico's cheeks dusted pink as they did when he talked about his homosexuality, "I like boys and there's nothing in that myth about, gays getting soulmates."
It was clear he wasn't done speaking, but Leo wanted to do something for him. He wanted to touch him and have him closer.
"Come here." He whispered. He held his arms open and silently prayed Nico would move to sit between his legs so Leo could wrap around him. Nico did.
"I decided, after starting to date Will, that it didn't matter if he was supposed to be my soulmate or not because I loved him and that was enough for me." Nico continued. "I'd forgotten the myth...until we added you, Leo. Then it resurfaced and well, I won't lie and say I was even more confused because three of us? The myth stated two. And you're not...well, you're not a girl."
Will huffed a deep laugh and Leo smiled into Nico's shoulder.
"I've been thinking about the myth, and us, and how it's all supposed to work. And I think I've decided." Nico stopped talking but Will and Leo were still waiting for him to explain.
"Well? What did you decide?" Will asked. Nico smiled to himself.
"While it doesn't matter to me if soulmates exist, I believe the three of us are soulmates. The sense of peace that I have when I'm with you two at the same time, the likes of which I hadn't felt since before the Lotus Casino, is overwhelming. And if it isn't the sign that I've found my soulmate, what is it? I think humanity got the interpretation wrong. It's not two physical bodies. It's metaphysical. In the beginning of time, we were one soul. No matter how many pieces we're broken into, we'll find each other over and over and over again. Because being complete is what's important. And you two, complete me."
The sky could have fallen but none of them would have moved. Will and Leo, struck by the intensity of Nico's words, were rooted to their spots. Nico, for his part, was content to let his words soak in. He'd been thinking this all over for about two years now.
"Nico, that was…" Will trailed off, still searching for words. Leo nodded, trying to hide his tears while simultaneously trying to come up with a response.
"I don't have anything except I love you too. I can't imagine not having you and I know that just one of you wouldn't feel...complete." Leo's voice was muffled by Nico's jacket but he knew the other two heard him.
"I think you're right. I think you've figured out what soulmates are, Neeks. The person, or people, that make you feel whole."
Silence fell again, but not for long. One of the patients awoke, coughing and then groaning in pain. Will shot up out of his chair and pulled the camper's file.
"I love you. Both of you, so very much." Will dropped a kiss onto Leo's head, then gave Nico a peck on the cheek before scurrying off to check in with his patient.
"Nico, your mind is amazing." Leo pressed a kiss to the back of Nico's neck and was not at all suprised to find the brunette had fallen asleep on him. "Goodnight, angel."
Leo & Will say "Boy howdy" whenever Nico looks hot/cute (which is all the time they say boy howdy so muh bc their boyfriend is Amazing)

Circus "AU"
So I've had this in mind for *ages*, I love circus, I do circus elect at my school (mainly apparatus but I really wanna get into clowning) and I LOVEE Riordanverse. So obviously I had to combine the two.
Soldezangelo Head canons pt. 2
-Whenever Nico or Leo gets hurt or sick, Will insists on being in charge of their care. Like, he won’t let anyone else take care of his partners.
-In the same manner, if Will is sick or hurt, all three of them hole up in the Hades cabin. Nico and Leo play nursemaids until he’s better. Nico refuses to let anyone, not even Kayla or Chiron, in to see Will.
-Will and Nico are the only ones, aside from Piper, that Leo trusts with Bunker 9 and Festus.
-Leo is also the only one allowed to cook. Nico burns water and Will hates cooking. Leo loves cooking for his partners.
-To continue from my previous post, Nico loves Leo and Will’s hands. Whenever they are together, one of either Leo or Will’s hands is held to their face or pressed against their heart or even just held in their hand.
-Leo makes jokes about it, but he genuinely loves that Nico likes his hands so much.
-Leo loves Nico’s hair. He’s always asking to braid their hair, or run his fingers through it. When he’s kissing them, Leo’s hands are almost always in Nico’s hair.
-Will loves watching Leo do Nico’s hair.
-Just as Leo and Nico love Will’s freckles, Will is absolutely obsessed with his partners’ scars. If he could, he WOULD spend all day everyday placing loving kisses and nips on each of them. Nico’s are mostly from monsters while Leo’s are a mix of monsters and various foster families, and Will adores all of them. Not in the way that he likes why they’re there, but in the way that he loves the strength that they symbolize.
-Leo loves to get piggy back rides from Will.
-Will loves to carry Nico and Leo. Nico thinks it’s so hot to see their boyfriend throw their other boyfriend over his shoulder.
-Leo just finds it all hilarious.
-Being able to carry his partners is a huge ego boost for Will.
-Leo loves to make things for Nico and Will; whether it’s Mythomagic figurines for Nico or new medical equipment for Will. He just loves to see the smiles on their faces when they see what he’s made.
SOLDEZANGELO AND THUNDERSTORMS (because its storming and I'm a baby)
Will hates storms, but not because he's afraid of them but because when the clouds roll in, the sun disappears. So he becomes a little lethargic and just, tired. (So do his siblings but that's for another time). When it's stormy/rainy, Will just wants to cuddle and sleep and be lazy.
Leo loves thunderstorms. He's the kinda person that's running around in the rain, whooping as loud as he can, and generally having a good time. He shakes like a dog when he comes back from it though, getting Will and Nico a little damp.
Nico's iffy on them. Some storms are better than others. He's not fond of thunder because its loud and sudden. But he loves watching lightening and listening to the rain. It calms him down when he's had a rough day.
When they're all together, its not uncommon for Will and Nico to stay under cover, huddled together, and watch Leo play in the water with dumb smiles on their faces. And when Leo's had enough, they go inside, dry him off and all lay in bed with a window open and a tv show quietly playing in the background.
Flight attendant: Before we take off, please make sure all small items are secured.
Will to Nico: Do you-
Nico: Don't even finish that sentence.
Will to Leo: Do you-
Leo, holding up a creation of wire and metal bits, definitely looking slightly unhinged: Sure you wanna finish that line, sunshine?
