The five-step thought process for guiding the implementation of lean techniques are easy to remember, but not always easy to achieve

1. Identify the value --> make an Inception --> write it down with everybody together onto a CANVAS, be sure the right people are there (especially the ones who are going to build it and the ones who want it!

2. Map the value stream (make it transparent for everybody) write it down with everybody together onto a CANVAS !

4. Law of the 2 feet --> everybody who is not interested in the success of it, or does not contribute to learning of himself and the others, use your 2 feet and go somewhere else.
