I deefinitely recommend an air pulse toy over a licker, but even better is a plug-in wand (Hitachi or Body Wand are excellent brands).

They last for *years*, don't lose power the way rechargeable or battery operated ones do, and there's a lot more variability in the strength.

I just finished reading "fæge" a couple hours ago (started it 2 days ago 🤯), still reeling in the emotions of it, feeling overwhelmed (in a good way🥹), and blindly doomscrolling on Tumblr.

I saw the pic of the guy kneeling on the floor, getting a drag from the other guy's cigarette and *instantly* thought, "OMG, I should reblog and tag @samuelroukin because it looks just like Ghost and Johnny!!...." ... and then promptly realized it was your post. 😂

Suffice to say, your amazing story will be eating away at my brain for months to come. Jane Austen & the Bronte sisters are undoubtedly rolling in their graves at the world-ending level of ✨️longing✨️ you managed to write. I absolutely love it 😍👏

Not an ask, just a thank you. I was looking forward to reading "Fix You", but then I skimmed the tags and realized that it wasn't for me. Grief and loss on that scale have been close to me my entire life, and consequently I almost never seek them out in stories. Reading through the comments that you've shared makes it abundantly clear this story means a tremendous amount to a lot of people, and that your hard work and storytelling in it is as much needed as appreciated. It's is for that I want to say thank you. Thank you for writing about so many difficult, painful topics in all of your stories. Thank you for doing it with so much consideration and thoughtfulness, all the while remaining true to the story that needs to be told. I can well imagine the struggle it is at times to tell these stories; but please know just how appreciated your hard work is. 🫶

I really try to tag effectively for these reasons, while not giving everything away. The story is centered around grief, and I commend for you recognizing that it wouldn’t be good for your mental health. It’s been a joy to write stories like these, ones that convey or elicit deep emotions and I’m always so grateful for your support, it means a lot to me. 🩵
